Consumption control

SUPPORT EXERCISE

“Taking conscience.”

The following exercise will help you to have more control over your consumption of Cannabis. It is a very simple tool, but it requires a lot of perseverance to be useful. Follow the steps below:

Steps to follow

  1. Mark your consumption targets on the left side of the cell indicating the number of consumptions you decide to have in each time zone. Be realistic and set achievable goals. You can change the times of the slots to suit your lifestyle.
  2. Throughout the day put a mark on the right side of the cell each time you actually consume.
  3. With a marker mark green / orange / red the degree of achievement of your goals. This will help you interpret what is happening. For example: if it is usually green in the morning and red in the afternoon, it tells you to change some habits or activities you do in the afternoon.
  4. Analyze your results and reflect, think that he is telling you all this information.
  5. Depending on how you have “worked” this week design the next one.

Here’s an example:

How to interpret these data?

The total consumption coincides with your target for the day, but the time slots do not. The reasons may be different. For example:

  • You are meeting a friend who consumes in the afternoon time zone.
  • You have been aware that you have already consumed all that you have decided to consume during the day and you have decided not to consume at night.

Reflect and decide how you want it to be tomorrow.

Do you control it?
